Chappelle and his real-life pal, comic Jim Breuer, had a short visitor appearance on episode 20, season 4 of Home Enchancment, as Tool Time audience members who ask Tim for some relationship advice. Their short stint was so memorable, that ABC determined to present them their own TV show, entitled Buddies.
